MEMFlo Flow Meter Sizing & Field Correction Calculators

These MEMFlo Online Calculator Sets are offered for either meter capacity selection, or for correcting an existing MEMFlo Flowmeter for a different fluid and/or operating conditions. It is important you use the correct calculator type for each situation. Your browser must support Javascript to use these.

The "Sizing" Calculators are intended for converting your application conditions to MEMFlo's standard capacity bases in order to select a MEMFlo flow meter. Once you have calculated an equivalent MEMFlo flow, you may use that value to find the closest matching capacity from the MEMFlo flow meter specification sheets.

The "Corrections" Calculators, correct an existing MEMFlo Flowmeter reading for new fluid conditions. They are based on the equations included in the instructions. So if you have a MEMFlo flowmeter and wish to correct scale readings for new fluid conditions, please see the Corrections calculators below.

If you need to convert from other measurement units before using these sizing calculators, please use our Online Unit Conversion Calculators!

If you need to look up the specific volume of steam, we now offer an online steam calculator for specific volume.

You may also download our Condensed MEMFlo Steam Table PDF file, or use our Condensed Saturated and Superheated Steam Table (this is a large page and may take a few minutes to load for those with dial-up connections).

If you know the compressibility value at your operating gas conditions, you may enter a different value and the calculator will correct for it. Most common gas flow applications do not require this correction.

This calculator converts your operating conditions to the equivalent MEMFlo SCFM, based on Dry Air @ 100 psig, 70°F.
This basis is used for all MEMFlo Gas Flowmeters except RangeMaster models, which use the calculator below.
