RangeMaster flow meters have provided over 20 years of operation in a rugged steel mill without any replacements, breakdowns, repairs or need for any spare parts!
According to the plant expediter, “We have been using your RangeMaster for hydrogen flow metering for over 20 years. We have over 58 of these units in service at any time. I have never had to order a spare for this unit, and they have been absolutely reliable without any breakdowns.”
The versatile RangeMaster also is used in a major west coast university lab and an east coast chemical plant monitoring flow with its less than 3″ water column pressure drop.
Flo-Corp offers models from 20 through 30,000 SCFH gas in pipe sizes from 3/4 to 4 inch. These units are ideal for furnace fuel and atmosphere flows, oxygen to glass furnaces, digesters, vacuum service, annealing atmospheres, and gas mixing.

MEMFlo thermoplastic flow meters are heavy-bodied, industrial meters for corrosives and high purity fluids. Offered in PVC, CPVC, or P-72 Copolymer, these flow meters are ideal for acids, caustics, deionized water, plating solutions, water treatment, and corrosive gases.
MEMFlo P-72 flow meters are specifically designed for demanding applications including chlorine, hot wet chlorine gas, chlorine dioxide, sodium hydroxide, high pH sodium hypochlorite, and brines.
Both meter families feature wide range of flow, install without straight runs of pipe runs, two-wire mA output with digital display options or single or dual flow alarm outputs.
Flo-Corp offers models from 0.5 through 500 GPM, or 7 through 5000 SCFM in pipe sizes from 3/4 to 4 inch.

Aug 2 Update: We’ve moved these discussions to a level sensors only page in the hope that you will find it easier to find things. The new page is here.
As a manufacturer and supplier of level sensors, our non-contact ultrasonic level sensors primarily work with liquids, slurries and interfaces. From single point, two-wire level transmitters to complete multi-channel level systems and point level detection, Flow Line (FLO-CORP) can handle any liquid and solid level application in your facility.Got a question or comment about level measurement? Dr. Flow is here to help!
Aug Update: As with level sensors, we’ve created a new flow meters page to make it easier to find things. You may use the pages links on the right, or go to the New Flow Meters page.
FLO-CORP offers a wide range of flow meter technologies – coriolis mass, vortex, ultrasonic, turbine, positive displacement, rotameters and direct-reading flowmeters. If you have a question or comment about an application or flow meter selection, Dr. Flow is standing by to help!
Dr. Flow is currently the online voice of the in-house experts of Flow Line Options. We’re here to discuss the latest in flow meters, level sensors, and process instrumentation in general. However, there was indeed a real “Dr. Flow.”
In the online world, Dr. Flow was the creation of the founders of Meter Equipment Manufacturing (MEM) in the 90’s. As you may know, Flow Line purchased the MEM flow meter line in very late 2006.
Dr. Flow first appeared in an interactive presentation, and later on MEM’s web site. He was inspired by a real person–Ed Quigley of Flow Media in Pittsburgh. Usually called “Quig” by his friends, he was an extremely good-natured, helpful and knowledgeable sales engineer. A real photo of Quig was “blended” with a cartoon character, and MEM’s “Dr. Flow” was born. He became a fixture on MEM’s web site, and we’re happy to bring him back. Those of us answering as Dr. Flow knew and worked with Quig, sharing knowledge and many laughs.
Unfortunately, Quig passed away in 1999, but his spirit of knowledge and helpfulness live on here through Dr. Flow!
We hope you’ll ask questions of Dr. Flow–we’re here to help!
